✝️ From Fear to Faith: Trusting God’s Promises in 2026

Fear has a way of creeping into our thoughts. An unfortunate part of the human condition. This seems to happen more after the Christmas holidays.  The new year comes with new responsibilities; new challenges; and new unknowns.  And with every unknown comes the temptation to worry.

But God never intended for His people to live weighed down by fear.

He calls us to something better.

He calls us to faith.

As we step into 2026, we’re choosing to shift our focus from what scares us to the One who sustains us.

🙌 Fear Fades When We Stand on God’s Promises

Fear grows when we stare at our circumstances.

Faith grows when we stare at God’s Word.

Scripture is filled with promises that steady our hearts:

• “Do not fear, for I am with you.” (Isaiah 41:10)
• “The Lord is my light and my salvation—whom shall I fear?” (Psalm 27:1)
• “God has not given us a spirit of fear…” (2 Timothy 1:7)

These aren’t motivational quotes. They are promises from God who cannot lie. When fear rises, His Word reminds us who is truly in control.

🌿 Faith Isn’t Denial — It’s Dependence

Faith doesn’t pretend everything is perfect.

Faith acknowledges the reality of the situation…

and then chooses to trust God anyway.

Faith says:

• “I don’t know what’s ahead, but I know Who goes before me.”
• “I don’t have all the answers, but I trust the One who does.”
• “I feel fear, but I won’t follow it.”

Faith is not the absence of fear.

Faith is choosing God in spite of fear.

🔥 2026 Is a Year to Walk Boldly

This year, let’s be people who:

• Trust God’s timing
• Lean on His wisdom
• Stand on His promises
• Walk in His strength
• Live out our faith boldly

Not because we're strong, but because He is faithful.

God has already gone ahead of you.
