New International Version translates Matthew 25:40 as:

"The King will reply, 'Truly I tell you. whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.'"

Sharing what you have with others is part of being a faithful servant.  How you do it... is up to you. Tithing is a heated issue in some churches today. Many seem to struggle with it.  There are mentions of it throughout the Bible but some people argue about its validity.  We aren't here to argue either side.  Living in North America, in a free society where we can afford a roof over our heads, food on the table every night, and the right to openly practice our faith is a true blessing!  It is a blessing that many in our world do not also enjoy.

Part of God's Corner Store mission is to share the message of Christ.
